Calling all lady golfers…

Are you interested in trying out and comparing your own golf equipment against the latest offerings from the likes of PING, Callaway & Wilson Golf?

The Ladies Compare Day takes place in the studio next Monday 19th August (12 noon until 5pm). We will supply equipment and even the golf ball of your choice to use. This Invitation is open to all lady members and if you have a friend who may be keen to come try out and compare some clubs then please feel free to bring them along too.

So far we have had a great response and only have a few spaces remaining. Please get in touch with us in the shop (Tel: 01330 822447) to reserve a slot that suits you – if you prefer to come along in a group of 3 or 4 then that’s just fine also.

No distractions

Variety is the spice of life

Whatever happened to having a ‘textbook’ swing? If you were to watch golf on TV you’d see all sorts of different swings that have propelled these golfers to the top of the world, and the same can be said on the greens too.

There's definitely no single approach when it comes to how you grip your putter. You have a more traditional no-fuss approach that is favoured by the likes of Tiger Woods; a left-below-right grip which is a recent craze made famous by Jordan Spieth's putting heroics; and then the opposite extreme in anchoring that has recently been banned by the R&A.
